Alongside his corporate career, Corey pursued his passion for real estate as a Mortgage Broker, assisting first-time homeowners and guiding many through the challenges of rising property taxes—deepening his insight into their financial needs.

As the real estate market evolved, Corey moved into the outsourcing sector during a pivotal time, gaining valuable B2B experience at a key intersection of operations, workforce strategy, and client services. This hands-on exposure to business growth and talent dynamics served as a real-world apprenticeship in how organizations scale and build effective teams. Building on that foundation, he later entered the staffing and recruiting industry, where he began developing Staff One Recruiting.
