Corey R. Henderson brings more than two decades of professional experience working with leading organizations including American Express, AON, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Comcast, Dean Witter–Morgan Stanley, and the Chicago Sun-Times, where he gained insight into corporate operations, workforce environments, and relationship-driven service.
Alongside his corporate career,
Corey pursued real estate as a Mortgage Broker, helping first-time homeowners navigate the home-buying process and better understand the financial realities of property ownership.
As the market evolved, he transitioned into the outsourcing sector, gaining business-to-business experience across operations, workforce development, and client services. This exposure helped shape his understanding of how organizations scale operations, manage workforce demands, and align talent with business objectives. Building on this foundation, Corey later began developing Staff One Recruiting, an innovative recruiting solution focused on improving how organizations access qualified candidates and approach modern hiring.
Driven by a passion for positive impact, Corey founded One Good Deed in 2017, a social entrepreneurship initiative focused on strengthening communities through economic development and encouraging acts of service. Today, he focuses on workforce insight, hiring alignment, and partnership-driven growth through Staff One Recruiting and Staff One Academy™.
