Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Actively screen and recruit candidates online via social media outlets with the optimization of today's mainstream sources.

• Screen, recruit and hire candidates based on their qualifications and overall fit.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

• Responsible for lead sourcing new client opportunities and lead generation by using databases, and various social media streams.

• Manage your portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.

• Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.

• Act as a point of contact by building influential client and candidate relationships and partnerships.
